GINGEN Instant Ginger Drink is No. 1 in Asia, giving us a convenient option to enjoy ginger.
GINGEN Instant Ginger Drink is made with white ginger, which is found in northern Thailand. This region is known for its excellent source of soil, climate and atmosphere. These factors help farmers grow the best-quality gingers. The gingers used in the GINGEN Instant Ginger Drink are of 12 months old — the prime age to use and harvest its properties. Gingers are widely used as remedies for indigestion, motion as well as morning sickness.

Besides enjoying it as a drink, how about using GINGEN Instant Ginger Drink in our cooking?

Ingredients:
(Serves 2 pax)
10 pieces Pork Loin (2-3mm thickness)
Salt
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cornflour
Spring Onion, chopped (for garnish)

Sauce:
1 satchet (5g) GINGEN 100% Ginger Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 TBS Light Soy Sauce
2 TBS Mirin
2 TBS Sake

Method:
•Slice pork loin to about 2-3mm thickness, it's easiest to slice while pork loin is not fully thawed.
•Use the back of knife, pound the sliced meat in various angles. This step helps to tenderize the meat.
•Sprinkle some pink salt and black pepper on the meat. Lastly, sprinkle cornflour and mix well.

•Prepare the sauce in a bowl, mix well.

•Heat frying pan, pour in 2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Put in the meat slices, do not overlap. Flip over once. (I cooked 5 slices at a time and used 1/2 the sauce portion for 5 slices)
•Pour the sauce in once the meat has no pink, flip the meat to coat well with sauce. Cook till sauce thicken and reduced.

•Dish up, garnish and ready to serve.
